• ULID: If a property is located in a ULID, the connection permit cost may be different. Please contact the district for the connection cost.
• Latecomers: If a property is located in a Latecomers area, the cost to connect may be different. Please contact the district for the connection cost.
• Commercial Permit: $6,217* per ERU effective 01.01.2025. ERU is determined by fixture count.
